From May to September 2023, Greenara undertook a complete landscaping project on the scenic hillside of Penruddock Rise. This $150,000 project included retaining walls, concrete work, elevated decking, gardens, and breathtaking lawns, all carefully designed to maximise functionality and beauty. Originally based on a landscaper’s concept plans, our team reimagined the space to create a design that not only increased usability but also delivered exceptional value for money. Overcoming the challenges of working on a sloped site, we used strategic planning and innovative ideas to deliver a stunning outdoor area.
The results speak for themselves…the property’s value increased by over $250,000 and the transformation left the client thrilled.
