This project was an architecturally designed outdoor space that required precision craftsmanship to bring to life. The site posed significant challenges, from difficult access to complex detailing on the stairs and drainage. Our task was to merge functionality with design, ensuring the final product was both practical and visually striking.
The project showcases in-situ concrete entrance stairs with floating noses for a modern touch, complemented by an exposed aggregate driveway that blends seamlessly with the home’s architecture. The custom pathway integrates with surrounding retaining walls, while a strategic drainage system ensures long-lasting durability. Precision execution aligned with the architect’s vision, making practical adjustments for enhanced functionality.
